Tennessee basketball up three spots in USA TODAY Sports Coaches Poll

Tennessee (7-1) is up three spots this week in the USA TODAY Sports men’s basketball coaches poll. The Vols are ranked No. 13.

Tennessee will return to action on Tuesday at Syracuse in the ACC/SEC Challenge. Tipoff between the Vols and Orange is slated for 7 p.m. EST and will be televised by ESPN2.

The Vols have recorded wins over Mercer, Northern Kentucky, North Florida, Rice, Tennessee State, Rutgers and Houston since tipping off its 2025-26 regular season. The Vols suffered a loss to Kansas.
