Coach Nate Oats' Crimson Tide (5-2) played their fourth top-10 opponent in a row when they faced Gonzaga. They followed up the loss to the Bulldogs with a 39-point rout of UNLV, 115-76, and a 33-point victory over Maryland, 105-72.

Alabama will face the Clemson Tigers (7-1) in the ACC/SEC Challenge Wednesday at Coleman Coliseum. Tipoff for Alabama-Clemson is 6:15 p.m. CT. The game can be seen on ESPNU.
Clemson is unranked in the Coaches Poll, but the Tigers received nine votes for top 25 consideration. Clemson posted wins over West Virginia and Georgia at the Charleston Classic in South Carolina recently, plus a 92-56 victory over Alabama A&M on Friday.
