Warren Central star defensive lineman Jerimy Finch Jr. is the Marion County Player of the Year by a vote of the county coaches.
Finch, a 6-3, 280-pound Alabama recruit, helped the Warriors to their first Class 6A regional championship in seven years. Warren Central finished 8-5 with a 31-0 loss to No. 1 Brownsburg on Friday in the Class 6A semistate, though Finch finished with 14 tackles, four tackles for loss and one sack.
