The kicker position changes from week to week. While matchup analysis can be useful, weather is the most important factor. Good weather always helps kickers perform better.

Who are the best fantasy kickers in Week 13?
There are two qualifications as we enter this point in the season for kickers: a high point total and, most importantly, indoor stadiums. Harrison Butker is an excellent start as the Chiefs will take on the Cowboys in Dallas.

Who are the best fantasy kicker sleepers in Week 13?
Good kickers outdoors can still produce, but targeting indoors is the safer bet. Tyler Loop and Jake Elliott could totally have productive days in Week 13.
Also, going after those low-scoring games where offenses often stall can be helpful. Games such as the Jets vs. Falcons or Dolphins vs. Saints can still offer value.
