From a crushing loss in Texas to a home date vs. the Chicago Bears on Black Friday, it has been quite the whirlwind for the Philadelphia Eagles. After a 0-2 start, the Bears are on fire. They have won eight of their last nine games.
When a head coach is seen as a genius on one side of the ball, it's always good to see him get that particular unit right. Ben Johnson has built an impressive machine in the Windy City. Here are a handful of guys Vic Fangio has no doubt discussed this week.

Caleb Williams and Jayden Daniels were selected in the 2024 NFL Draft as the first and second players taken. Last season belonged to the latter. The league had better wake up to the former.
Things didn't get off to a thunderous start in 2024. Ben Johnson's arrival has made a world of difference. Williams looks the part of a first-overall selection. The Bears QB hopes to take another step on Friday.
D.J. Moore and Rome Odunze, wide receiver
This is quite the talented tag team. D.J. Moore and Rome Odunze have combined for 78 receptions, 1,138 yards receiving, and nine touchdowns. They'll test an Eagles secondary whose starters are suddenly hampered by injury.

D'Andre Swift and Kyle Monangai, running backs
Hey, remember this guy? D'Andre Swift won Pro Bowl honors during his lone season in Philadelphia. Part of the reason for that was that he was running behind the Eagles' offensive line, but he's gifted and someone worth watching; there's some controversy brewing. There seems to be a contingent within the Bears fan base that would rather see Kyle Monangai start.
Joe Thuney, guard
Joe Thuney is a four-time Super Bowl champion and a member of both the New England Patriots All-2010s Team and the New England Patriots All-Dynasty Team. He's a two-time First-Team All-Pro (2023, 2024), a two-time Second-Team All-Pro (2019, 2022), and a three-time Pro Bowl (2022–2024). He has impressed in his first year with the Bears.
