No need to adjust your television set, but there may be a need to adjust your fantasy football lineup for Week 12.

That's especially true for fantasy managers who roster Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs. The backfield staple left the Packers' Week 11 matchup vs. the New York Giants in the first half with a knee injury, and did not return to the game.

Is Josh Jacobs playing today?

Jacobs is listed as "questionable" for Week 12 vs. the Minnesota Vikings. His status will solidify 90 minutes prior to game time.

Green Bay head coach Matt LaFleur made it clear earlier in the week that the running back would not hit IR, meaning he has at least a chance to play in Week 12. He was listed as "questionable" to play on Friday.

Should Jacobs not play in Week 12 vs. the Vikings, the running back made it clear that he's going to play in Week 13 when the Packers take the field against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving.

"Worst case, if I don't play this week, Thursday I'm definitely playing," Jacobs told reporters on Nov. 20. "It's not like something that will linger over, or past that."

Josh Jacobs injury update

Jacobs injured his knee at some point during the Packers' Week 11 game against the Giants. He underwent further testing in the day that followed, but those tests didn't reveal any kind of damage that would keep him out long-term.

The Packers' lead back played through the final play of Green Bay's second possession before exiting the game, never to return.

Packers RB depth chart

  • Josh Jacobs (questionable – knee)

  • Emanuel Wilson

  • Chris Brooks

  • MarShawn Lloyd (IR – hamstring)

Wilson took the heavier workload in carries in Week 11 following Jacobs' departure. He finished the Nov. 16 game with 40 yards – matching Jacobs' total – on 11 carries (3.6 average yards).

Brooks had one carry for eight yards against the Giants, while Lloyd "ramped up" his rehab process on Nov. 13, according to Demovsky.

If Jacobs misses additional time, Wilson will be expected to step into the No. 1 running back role in Green Bay.
