The Chicago Blackhawks may want to forget about their Friday night shellacking at the hands of the Buffalo Sabres.

Bedard reached 100 career assists with a helper on the road, and that was a milestone not just for the round number but for how quickly Bedard did it.
He becomes the third-youngest player in NHL history to reach the mark, at 20 years and 127 days.
The only two younger to do it? Two legends: Sidney Crosby and Connor McDavid.
The No. 1 overall pick from 2023 actually dished out two assists Friday and is up to 101 in his career.
He also has 58 goals, giving him 159 points through 171 career games.
Bedard won't turn 21 until next July. He has continued to improve, and the Blackhawks are trying to build a team around him to compete.
