Evaluation:
It’s rare to see a prospect who can truly be considered an “Athlete” without a probable position. Harbin shows up on film as a guy who can play in the slot as a receiver or take handoffs in the backfield and be very productive. Harbin can do just about everything at a high level, though he is not outstanding at any one thing at this point. His speed and quickness are exciting aspects of his game, but his toughness is what stands out to me. He runs like a 220-pound running back, but he can make people miss out in the slot, as you would expect from a guy his size.

His production against good competition can’t be ignored, and his Hudl has plenty of impressive plays. This entire class will hinge on development, and Harbin has a good base to start with. As he builds onto his frame, I think he could be a very good slot receiver in this system with the ability to be utilized in a similar way to what we saw with Caullin Lacy this year.
