The Washington Commanders have not had much go right this season.
The team is 3-9 and has lost seven straight entering Week 14. However, that doesn't mean the vibes around the team facilities are bad. Last week, it was announced that quarterbacks coach Tavita Pritchard accepted the head coaching job at Stanford.

Veteran safety and team leader Jeremy Reaves walked to the front of the room to deliver a speech to his teammates.
"We had a special thing happen to one of ours. We want to give a huge Commander appreciation to the dude that I've personally been here with through a lot," Reaves said about Pritchard. "Super excited for you, brother."
Head coach Dan Quinn then stood up and launched an expletive while launching water all over the room. Pritchard then walked to the front while some of the players requested a speech.

Pritchard then thanked his players, staff, and general manager, Adam Peters, before wrapping up to a big applause.
"You guys are going to have some Commanders fans in Palo Alto," said Pritchard.
This will be Pritchard's first head coaching job. He played at Stanford from 2006 to 2009 and then coached in multiple different roles at the school from 2010 to 22. The Commanders are the only NFL team Pritchard has worked for.
