Hunter Brown’s top-3 finish in the AL Cy Young Award voting has officially yielded it’s reward.
Thanks to the Prospect Promotion Incentive (PPI), the Houston Astros will officially have the 28th pick in the MLB Amateur Draft as a reward, according to Joe Trezza of MLB.com.
