The Golden State Warriorsofficially re-signed shooting guard Seth Curry on Monday, providing his brother and 4-time NBA champion Stephen Curry with more outside shot-making assistance.

After joining the Warriors to pair with his older brother and to bolster the team's reserve rotation in the process, Curry's first chance to suit up for the franchise will be against the 20-1 Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday night.
Though his availability for the matchup against the defending champions and 2025 MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was not guaranteed at first, it appears as though the veteran guard is ready for action.
"Seth Curry will be active tomorrow for the Warriors’ rematch with the Oklahoma City Thunder per Steve Kerr," ClutchPoints' Kenzo Fukuda shared via X/Twitter on Monday.

If anything, his arrival could lead to an all-but guaranteed increase in distance shooting productivity for the second unit, as he boasts an excellent 43.3% three-point shooting clip over the course of his 550-game NBA career.
The 11-10 Warriors are currently situated with the No. 8 seed in the Western Conference, as their No. 14 ranked 35.9% team three-point percentage has left plenty to be desired for a squad led by the league's greatest distance shooter.
His first test as a Warrior will not be an easy one, as the Thunder enter the night with a ridiculous 103.6 defensive rating as a collective, the league's No. 1 defense by the widest of margins.
For context, the Detroit Pistons come in at No. 2 on the defensive rating leaderboard with a figure of 110.6.
