Purdue football fans now have a chance to add a rare item to their Boilermaker collection.
Former head coach Joe Tiller's 2001 Rose Bowl ring is up for auction on eBay through Dec. 7. As of Nov. 30, the winning bid was more than $16,800.

Tiller's wife, Arnette, donated the ring to the Joe Tiller Chapter of the National Football Foundation to auction. Proceeds from the ring's sale will go towards the Tiller Scholarship Endowment.
The 10 karat gold ring has "Joe Tiller" engraved inside. It's one of several items Arnette Tiller donated to raise scholarship funds up for auction. Tiller's Rose Bowl pin and Rose Bowl watches of both Joe and Arnette Tiller are among nine other items currently up for bid.
When Tiller retired as Purdue football coach after the 2008 season, he departed with most wins in Purdue history (87). In Tiller's 12 seasons as head coach, Purdue went to 10 bowl games.
