Quotable

"We talk about our tradition and what tradition means at DeWitt and what the expectation is every single year and it's special. It just means so much to bring (a state title) back to the community. I can't tell you how many texts I got from former players and stuff like that this morning and this whole week. You can feel how much it means to the community. The crowd today was amazing. The student section was amazing. This is something I'm going to remember for the rest of our life. I'm always going to look back to this and how our team played together and how close this group was. That's stuff that translates to the rest of life. It just means a whole lot. Words can't describe how special it is." — DeWitt's Miller Wing on state title
