On Friday, the team signed Davis who was previously on the practice squad. Davis had already been called up from the PS the maximum amount of two times.

In his two appearances the past two weeks, Davis caught four of six targets for 62 yards. The Bills have hoped Davis can help extend the offense vertically down the field.
Samuel has been unspectacular in his second season in Buffalo. In six games played, Samuel has caught seven of nine targets for 81 yards with one touchdown.
Samuel has dealt with elbow and knee issues this year leading to his injury designation. He did not play in Buffalo's last game in Week 12 against the Houston Texans.
Samuel's future with the team remains to be seen.
