Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Trey Hendrickson wasn’t on the field while his team took down the Baltimore Ravens on Thanksgiving during Joe Burrow’s big return.
From the sounds of it, Hendrickson might not be able to play next week, either.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementESPN’s Ben Baby provided an update from Bengals head coach Zac Taylor on Friday: “Bengals DE Trey Hendrickson remains week-to-week with his hip/pelvis injury, Zac Taylor said. Has missed the last four games.”

Hendrickson might need surgery after the season due to the core injury he reaggravated during the Week 8 loss to the New York Jets. Since he’s missed four games, in addition to the Week 10 bye.
A “week-to-week” designation is doing a lot of heavy lifting here, though. After playing on a Thursday, the Bengals are technically on a bit of an extended break. It leaves a little wiggle room for Hendrickson to possibly come back for the Week 14 road game against the Buffalo Bills.
