But will the Detroit Tigers actually deal the best pitcher in the American League? That's a lot less certain.

It's not even entirely clear that Skubal wants to go anywhere.

On Thanksgiving, he may have provided fans a hint.

The Tigers made a good run at it this season with Skubal, even though they didn't get to the final destination.

Having Skubal take the ball to open a new season seems like a good plan.

And if the Tigers get the musical act Skubal wants, too, it could be even better vibes for those in Detroit.
