Ravens vs. Bengals: Tylan is inactive as Devontez Walker ascends up the depth chart

The Ravens are at home for a crucial Week 13 matchup against the Bengals, and Tylan Wallace is among five players inactive for the Thursday night thriller. Veteran quarterback Cooper Rush, Wallace, Ben Cleveland, Carson Vinson, and David Ojabo are healthy scratches.
