Michigan coach Sherrone Moore let his honest feeling be known this week when asked about the magnitude of the 120th edition of 'The Game,' calling the showdown with No. 1 Ohio State “the best rivalry in sports.” He may be too close to it all, but no lies detected. He also insists its intensity can’t be replicated anywhere else.

Moore said the energy around the rivalry surpasses even college football’s other iconic showdowns, especially the Iron Bowl.
“I was talking to Coach Chip Lindsey about it,” Moore said Monday via On3. “He’s been a part of the Iron Bowl. We’ve talked to people who have been to both, and it’s just different. You can’t describe it.”
