It's been a tough season for everyone associated with the 2025 Minnesota Vikings. But for Justin Jefferson, the frustrating season goes beyond the wins and losses. For the first time in his career, his production has dipped because of the Vikings' ineffective passing attack, which ranks 28th in the NFL.
Jefferson has gone six straight games without reaching 100 yards, and he only has two touchdowns on the season. And with the Vikings currently on a three-game losing streak, there hasn't been any team success to make it easier to stomach the underwhelming stat line.

"It's frustrating to be up here, saying the same things every single week, expecting things to change the following week. And we're still in the same spot. We've just got to figure it out."
Jefferson caught only four passes for 48 yards in Sunday's 23-6 loss to the Packers. The Vikings are 4-7 and set to travel to Seattle to face the Seahawks next Sunday.
But there will be some change when the Vikings take the field. Kevin O'Connell told reporters Monday that J.J. McCarthy is in the concussion protocol, meaning that undrafted rookie free agent Max Brosmer could make his first career start.
Will that change anything? Or will he be the latest quarterback to lead an ineffective offense?
