The Los Angeles Rams offense could get another shot of juice in Week 13.

Veteran receiver Tutu Atwell will return to practice this and is expected to play against the Carolina Panthers, according to head coach Sean McVay. This would be the first game Atwell is eligible to play in after he missed the past four games on injured reserve with a hamstring injury.

Atwell has played sparingly in 2025, both because of lingering ailments and Matthew Stafford's reliance on Puka Nacua, Davante Adams and the collection of tight ends. Atwell has caught just four receptions for 164 yards and one touchdown on 152 offensive snaps, including a game-sealing 88-yard touchdown in Week 4 against the Indianapolis Colts.

While Atwell's return won't do that much in service to the Rams' already high-octane offense, his speed is something Stafford and head coach Sean McVay can now utilize down the stretch. That is the one element the offense has lacked, as Stafford averages just 7.6 yards per attempt and 11.4 yards per completion.

Atwell's presence will be a welcomed return, but it remains to be seen how McVay will scheme him into an offense that's been humming without him.
