It wasn't a terrible offensive performance, but it wasn't enough.

They had 326 total yards, won time of possession 37:26 to 28:33 and didn't turn the ball over.

What did we see offensively from the Cardinals on Sunday?

No running game at all

It seems like forever ago, but the Cardinals used to be one of the league's best running teams. On Sunday, they mustered only 55 total rushing yards, averaging only 2.8 yards per attempt. Eleven of those yards came on one run by Michael Carter and another nine from a Jacoby Brissett scramble.

Bam Knight had only 12 yards on 10 carries.

Brissett overwhelmed again

Last week's game against the San Francisco 49ers appears have been a one-off. Brissett was not sacked and only hit four times in that loss. Prior to that, in four games, he was sacked 18 times and hit 45.

On Sunday, the Jaguars' pass rush was overwhelming. Brissett was sacked six times and hit a total of 15 times.

In six games, he has been sacked 24 times and hit 64 times, an average of four sacks and over 10 hits per game.

Another big game for Michael Wilson

After a 15-catch, 185-yard performance last week against the 49ers with Marvin Harrison Jr. out, Wilson followed that up with 10 receptions for 118 yards, including a clutch 31-yarder that set up the Cardinals' game-tying field goal at the end of regulation.

He now has 47 catches on the season, 25 in the last two games.

Failed opportunities

The Jaguars turned the ball over four times. The defense scored once, but the offense did nothing with two of the takeaways, going three-and-out on two of them.
