In their report, it is said that the Turkish international's contract talks with The Old Lady are 'stalling', which is set to lead to 'a real race to snap him up in the new year', despite his deal running until 2029.

Speaking on the Inside Track podcast, Pete O'Rourke said: "They'll [the interest clubs] be right across this situation with Yildiz and his contract situation at Juventus if no deal can be agreed with the Italian giants. I'm sure Arsenal will be ready to make a move for the highly rated attacking player as well. He's regarded as one of the hottest young properties in European football.

"He's done so well for Juventus that he's come onto the radar of a number of top clubs, the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Real Madrid have all been credited with an interest in Yildiz."

The other clubs interested in the electric 20-year-old winger are Chelsea and Manchester United, following their unsuccessful bids made in the summer. With six goals and five assists in 18 games, alongside the outstanding performances he's delivering for his country, it's understandable that almost every big club in Europe is considering an approach.

Like former Liverpool star Diaz, he's unpredictable, favouring to run at opposition full-backs, taking on his man and making things happen from nothing. We're screaming out for a profile like his.

It must be said that a winger shouldn't really be the priority for the Reds, when you consider how leaky the defence has been this season, but there's been a lot of speculation over a move for Antoine Semenyo in recent weeks and so it isws- possible that Liverpool could sign a new attacker.

As such, there's plenty to assess before any decisions are made.
