The WNBA Draft Lottery has arrived, and the Dallas Wings have once again come out on top, securing the No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 WNBA draft. The Wings finished with the league’s worst record last season and were favored to have the top pick entering Sunday’s lottery.
After the Wings, the Minnesota Lynx secured the No. 2 overall pick, the Seattle Storm secured the third overall pick, the Washington Mystics secured the fourth overall pick, and the Chicago Sky secured the fifth pick.

The WNBA Draft Lottery results come as no surpriseEntering the night, the Wings held a 42% chance to land the No. 1 pick, after securing Paige Bueckers with the first overall pick last year.
Four other teams were in contention for the top pick entering Sunday:
The Minnesota Lynx (via Chicago Sky trade) held a 26.1% chance,
The Seattle Storm (via Los Angeles Sparks) held a 16.7% chance
The Washington Mystics held a 9.7% chance
The Chicago Sky held a 5.5% chance

TCU point guard Olivia Miles
UConn shooting guard Azzi Fudd
Spanish center Awa Fam
LSU shooting guard Flaujae Johnson
