The Cleveland Browns have more than just their matchup with the Las Vegas Raiders at stake. With both teams boasting just two wins on the season, there is a battle for NFL draft positioning as well.
As it stands right now, the Browns currently hold the No. 3 pick and the No. 21 pick in the 2026 NFL draft, thanks to the Jacksonville Jaguars. The teams currently sitting in front of them are the Tennessee Titans and the New York Giants. The Raiders currently hold the No. 6 pick in the draft.

They sit with one-win, and are currently losing again to the Seattle Seahawks. However, the Titans and Browns do play later this season, and that game carries heavy implications.
However, the only reason the Giants are positioned ahead of the Browns is that they have not had their bye week, while the Browns have. So, they have one more loss on their schedule. They are currently beating the Detroit Lions, which would be a massive win for the Browns.
The Jaguars take on the Arizona Cardinals today at 4:05 ET as well. Browns fans should be rooting for their old friend Jacoby Brissett to knock off the Jags so the positioning of that pick also moves up the board.
