The Miami Dolphins aren't going to the postseason in 2025, barring a miracle, but the team still has plenty to play for. Everyone in the NFL is replaceable, meaning players and coaches will use these final weeks to solidify jobs for 2026 and beyond.

They already fired the general manager, Chris Grier, but the fates of head coach Mike McDaniel and quarterback Tua Tagovailoa in Miami are still very much up in the air.
