BYU Opens as Big Favorite Over UCF

FanDuel Sportsbook released its line for the final week of the college football regular season and BYU opened as a 16.5-point favorite over UCF in Provo. The point total is 46.5.

BYU is 10-1 going into the season finale and controls its destiny, meaning if BYU beats UCF they will play in the Big 12 Championship game. BYU can clinch a spot in the title game the night before on Friday if Arizona State loses at home to Arizona. BYU still has at-large playoff hopes regardless if they clinch before the game, so that shouldn’t impact player availability too much.

UCF is 5-6 and will look to potentially ruin BYU’s Big 12 title hopes as well as clinch bowl eligibility in Scott Frost’s inaugural season. UCF snapped a 3-game losing streak Saturday and kept their bowl hopes alive with a 17-14 home win over 1-10 Oklahoma State. The Knights are 2-6 in Big 12 play, with their other win over West Virginia. UCF is 0-4 on the road this season
