MADISON - For the second time in three games, the Wisconsin football team played spoiler.
The Badgers' 27-10 win over Illinois on Saturday, Nov. 22, was the second time in three games they defeated a team in the top 25 of the College Football Playoff rankings. Illinois (7-4, 4-4 Big Ten) had little to no chance of earning a top 12 spot that secures a playoff lock, but it entered play ranked No. 21.
