WATCH: Ohio State head coach Ryan Day reacts to win over Rutgers

Ho-hum. Ohio State once again had a dominating performance on Saturday, this time against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights at home to the tune of a 42-9 blowout. The win improves the No. 1-ranked team's overall record to 11-0 and keeps things on track as the Buckeyes now prepare to host that team -- yeah, the Michigan Wolverines.

It was nice to see the running game get going, and for some of the depth pieces -- most notably at the receiver position -- to show some signs of life Saturday afternoon, because it demonstrates continued improvement for a team already looking like the clear and decisive best team in the country.

OSU head coach Ryan Day met with the media as he always does after the game to discuss what he saw from his team, and in this case, to turn the page emphatically to the Michigan game.
