Both the Bears and Steelers had lengthy injury and game status reports following Friday’s practices.
However, Pittsburgh has updated its report on Saturday, removing the “questionable” tags for veteran defenders Cam Heyward and Darius Slay — they should be good to go on gameday.

The Bears also updated their injury report, moving top cornerbacks Kyler Gordon and Jaylon Johnson from “questionable” to “out” — both are currently on injured reserve but were questionable to play after practicing this week.
The Bears have the sixth-worst defense in the NFL this year in yards allowed.
Chicago’s injury report already includes the team’s top three linebackers being out, safety Jaquan Brisker questionable, and starting left tackle Theo Benedet questionable.
The Steelers will be facing an extremely short-staffed Chicago Bears defense on Sunday.
