A new nasal-delivered nanotherapy shows promise against aggressive glioblastoma tumors. When paired with drugs that boost T-cell activity, the treatment eliminated tumors in mice and built long-lasting immunity. The results suggest a powerful new direction for brain cancer immunotherapy.
