Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant is dealing with a right calf strain suffered in a game on Nov. 15 against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Morant will be reevaluated in two weeks, the team announced on Nov. 17. This means he'll be sidelined for the game against the Dallas Mavericks at FedExForum on Nov. 22.

Morant's absence is one of many that has decimated the Grizzlies point guard depth. Scotty Pippen Jr. (toe), Ty Jerome (calf) and Javon Small (toe) are all currently out with injuries.
Vince Williams Jr. and Cam Spencer have played in more primary playmaking roles without the point guards.
Williams had a career-high 15 assists in the Grizzlies' 136-97 win against the Sacramento Kings on Nov. 20. Memphis also set a new franchise record with 42 assists in that win.
