Tennessee Titans vs. Seahawks: Week 12 staff picks and predictions

The Tennessee Titans (1-9) will take on the Seattle Seahawks (7-3) this Sunday afternoon at Nissan Stadium in their 11th game of the 2025 regular season.

Opening the week, the Titans were listed as 13-point home underdogs, which is exactly where that spread remains as of this writing.

How does the Titans Wire staff see this Week 12 battle shaking out? Here's a look at our picks and score predictions.

Mark Mihalko: Seahawks 33, Titans 13

The Seattle Seahawks will start fast and kept their foot on the pedal in their trip to Nissan Stadium. While the Titans' defense puts up a fight, the lack of offense dooms them on Sunday, leaving Tennessee with little chance. Although the Titans get on the board late, it will be nowhere near enough, and the Seahawks bounce back in a big way.

Serena Burks: Seahawks 33, Titans 16

The Seahawks are going to have no problem trouncing the Titans in their own home. It's not going to be pretty, and the Titans are going to be largely ineffective on both sides of the ball, except that Seattle leads the league in turnovers. But, even if the Titans do get some takeaways, will they be able to find the end zone? They've shown signs of improvement, but I'm not convinced, especially with most of the wide receivers dealing with some sort of injury.

Dan Benton: Seahawks 29, Titans 10

The Seahawks have lost just three games this season -- all to teams above .500 -- by a combined nine points. They compete in every game and frequently beat up on bad teams. The Titans, if we're being honest with ourselves, are a bad team. This is a matchup nightmare for Tennessee, even at home, and the final result won't be close.

Bryan Manning: Seahawks 31, Titans 13

This is a tough one for the Titans. Perhaps they’re catching the Seahawks at a bad time. Sam Darnold had a tough game last week. Can the Titans capitalize? I doubt it. I expect Darnold to get back on track, and Seattle wins easily.

Tyler Henry: Seahawks 31, Titans 13

This game presents one of the biggest spreads on the Week 12 slate. The Seahawks will look to get back on track against a bad opponent following their four-game winning streak, which was snapped last week. The Seahawks have been beating up on bad opponents all year long, and Sunday should be no exception. The Titans will have a tough time staying in this game for long.

Joel Titus: Seahawks 34, Titans 14

The Seahawks have been pretty hot this year and stack up as one of the better offenses the Titans have faced this year. I don't see the Titans being able to keep pace with their offense, either. Jaxon Smith-Njigba, I like to have a big game yet again against this secondary.
