Week 12 fantasy football WR rankings: Best starts at wide receiver

The Cincinnati Bengals offense could look radically different on Sunday than the one we've seen over the past several weeks.

The Bengals will be without star wideout Ja'Marr Chase, who's serving a one-game suspension for his actions last Sunday vs. Pittsburgh. And they may not have Joe Flacco at quarterback either − with Joe Burrow surprisingly taking snaps with the first team during practice as he recovers from a toe injury.

However, one constant is wide receiver Tee Higgins, who should see a big jump in targets from whoever is calling the signals. He gets his highest weekly ranking of the season this week against the New England Patriots.
