KHSAA football state semifinal matchups set

Here are the pairings for the state semifinals of the Kentucky High School Athletic Association football playoffs.

All games are scheduled for Friday, Nov. 28. Kickoff times will be announced in the coming days.

Championship games will be played Dec. 5-6 at the University of Kentucky’s Kroger Field in Lexington.

Class 6A

Ryle (10-3) at South Warren (12-0)

Trinity (11-2) at St. Xavier (10-3)

Championship – Saturday, Dec. 6, 4 p.m.

Class 5A

Atherton (12-1) at Pulaski County (11-2)

Woodford County (12-1) at Owensboro (11-2)

Championship – Saturday, Dec. 6, 8 p.m.

Class 4A

Corbin (10-3) at Boyle County (12-1)

Logan County-Paducah Tilghman winner at Franklin County (13-0)

Championship – Friday, Dec. 5, 8 p.m.

Class 3A

Bell County (12-1) at Christian Academy (13-0)

Murray (13-0) at Lloyd Memorial (13-0)

Championship – Saturday, Dec. 6, noon

Class 2A

Beechwood (11-1) at Owensboro Catholic (12-1)

Belfry (12-1) at Lexington Christian (10-3)

Championship – Friday, Dec. 5, 4 p.m.

Class A

Pikeville (10-3) at Raceland (11-1)

Campbellsville (11-1) at Kentucky Country Day (11-1)

Championship – Friday, Dec. 5, noon
