Real Madrid’s 3-0 win over Athletic Club at San Mames on Wednesday night ended their three-game run without a victory in La Liga.
However, on their way to the triumph against Ernesto Valverde’s men, Los Blancos two fresh injury blows.

Camavinga’s injury not serious
While reports claim that Trent’s injury is expected to rule him out of action for the remainder of the year, things might not be as grim with Camavinga.
Indeed, according to Jose Luis Sanchez on El Chiringuito, there is optimism that the French midfielder’s ankle injury is not as serious as initially feared.

And the French international made the most of his chance, delivering a largely solid performance, capped off with a goal in the 42nd minute to make it 2-0 for his team.
The former Rennes wonderkid has, of late, been gaining more prominence in the team under Alonso. So, the injury comes at an inopportune moment for him.
However, the feeling is that his ankle injury is not very serious, although a clear picture of the situation will only emerge after he undergoes tests at the club facilities later today.

It remains to be seen how serious his ankle injury is and how long he will be out for due to the blow.
