In a twist only seen in, I don’t know, most novels, the Colorado Buffaloes were left out of the CFBPPlayoff rankings announced on December 2nd. They may be getting punished for their recent loss to Kansas State, but it seems like a stretch to leave them out this late in the game.
The Buffs have a ranked conference win, which is more than Notre Dame can say, and they have a top 25 non-conference loss, which is more than Ohio State can say. Frankly, I find it laughable that Colorado was not discussed last night. LEAVE IT SECSPN to completely ignore the Big 12’s biggest brand. Ridiculous.

It’s been a tough season for the 3-9 Buffs. Quarterback struggles, an anemic offense and a defense that loved to hand yards to the opposing offense have led to a truly bad year. But the committee had no right to add insult to injury like this.
