Love, the NFC Offensive Player of the Week in Week 13, threw four touchdown passes and had a 124.2 passer rating in a 31-24 win over the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving Day.

The Packers have now won the award in back-to-back weeks. Running back Emanuel Wilson, who rushed for a career-high 107 yards against the Minnesota Vikings, was one of the winners in Week 12. Love was previously a winner in Week 8.
Love's win comes with another $2,000 donation to Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin.
Love and Swift will face off at Lambeau Field in a battle for first place in the NFC North on Sunday.
