This weekend marks one of the biggest in theaters of the year, as the box office prepares to be changed For Good as the Wicked sequel finally debuts. Although reviews have been somewhat mixed so far, nothing will stop millions from flocking to their local cinema, dressed in their favorite pink and green, ready to watch Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo reprise their Academy Award-nominated roles as Glinda and Elphaba. But that still leaves the rest of your weekend with plenty of film-sized holes to fill. So, to help you spend your time wisely these next couple of days, Collider is here with a look at the three Prime Video movies you need to catch this weekend.

3 'The Iron Claw' (2023)
Rotten Tomatoes: 89% | IMDb: 7.6/10
This weekend, don't miss out on one of the most underrated movies of the decade. Sean Durkin’s 2023 biopic The Iron Claw stars Zac Efron, Jeremy Allen White, and Harris Dickinson as the Von Erich brothers, a name synonymous with wrestling fans. As they rise through the ranks of their sport and earn the acclaim of audiences across the country, their fame will soon take a toll on their personal lives.
Featuring a selection of stellar performances, including Efron's career best, The Iron Claw was a critical darling upon its release in 2023. Somehow, in one of the biggest snubs of its year, the movie failed to achieve even a single Academy Award nomination. A heartbreaking tale that both truthfully retells the Von Erich story whilst never sacrificing entertainment value, The Iron Claw is simply a must-watch.
2 'The Age of Disclosure' (2025)
Rotten Tomatoes: N/A | IMDb: 7.4/10
For fans of nonfiction looking for their documentary fix this weekend, Prime Video has just dropped one of the most anticipated UFO/UAP documentaries in years. The Age of Disclosure, directed by Dan Farah, reveals the 80-year global cover-up of non-human intelligent life that stretches the span of several high-powered groups, including the CIA.
Prepare to pick your jaw off the floor, as The Age of Disclosure is sure to leave you in total shock. Featuring interviews from 34 current and former U.S. government, military, and intelligence community members, this documentary leaves no stone unturned in its explosive documenting of this wild story. It's worth keeping an open mind heading into this one, and also worth noting that some of its claims and stories have been rejected by experts, but that doesn't stop it from being thoroughly entertaining.
1 'Wicked' (2024)
Rotten Tomatoes: 88% | IMDb: 7.4/10
A list of recommendations simply wouldn't be complete without a nod to the predecessor of the weekend's biggest new movie. Directed by Jon M. Chu, Wicked brings the beloved stage musical to life on the big screen, telling the tale of Erivo's Elphaba and her rise from a shunned outcast to a magical prodigy, as well as her blossoming friendship with Grande's hilariously heartwarming Glinda.
Featuring a stacked cast including the likes of Erivo, Grande, Jeff Goldblum, Michelle Yeoh, Jonathan Bailey, and more, Wicked is a powerful thrill ride highlighting the success musicals can have on screen. Sure to make you laugh one moment and cry the next, there is much to love about this Oscar-winning movie, but it is the central pair of performances that stand out the most, with both delivering powerhouse masterclasses in acting and singing alike. There has yet to be a better weekend to watch Wicked than this one in 2025.
