Your Letter is a Korean-animated film that has everything to conquer the world in the coming months. Your Letter adapts the story of Sori, a middle school student newly arrived from Seoul, who discovers a mysterious letter in the drawer of her new desk, setting herself on a kind of treasure hunt as she follows a series of clues.
Your Letter rivals the beauty of a Studio Ghibli production, as it not only weaves an emotional narrative with a hopeful message about friendship and overcoming life's difficulties, but also has exceptional visuals and a stunning soundtrack. Although Your Letter premiered in Korea in October 2025, the film has confirmed its theatrical release in North America for early 2026.

One of the biggest disappointments for anime fans in 2025, The Beginning After the End, is slated for a 2026 return, which hasn't been met precisely with widespread enthusiasm. Following the journey of King Grey, who reincarnates as Arthur Leywin, the second season will pick up the story after a two-year time skip, where he has become strong enough to earn a reputation as the Masked Swordsman. The Beginning After the End Season 2 is scheduled to air in April 2026 and could surprise fans by returning with improved animation.

This hilarious webtoon follows an upright elf who dreams of performing heroic deeds but must contend with his grumpy uncle, who can't quite shake off his past criminal tendencies. Unfortunately, Elf and Warrior doesn't yet have a release date.
Elf and Warrior features an eccentric group of outlaws and fantastical creatures that will amaze readers. From a society of pugs to a sharp Stump who delivers the best jokes, Elf and Warrior is a satire similar to Disenchantment with the humor of Gravity Falls, and it's certain to become a smash hit once adapted into animation.
True Beauty Season 2

Despite cramming a lot of content into its first season, True Beauty's Korean animated adaptation became one of Crunchyroll's best romance series in 2024. Its second season was announced on January 4, 2025, confirming the series will be streamed on Crunchyroll upon release. Sadly, there’s currently no official release date for True Beauty Season 2.
True Beauty's story has conquered fans around the world not only due to the desire to know what would happen between Jugyeong, Seonjun, and Suho, but also because of the perspective that it offers on body image issues, serving as a critique of vanity and the promotion of unattainable beauty standards.

The webtoon tells the story of a guy who has a fateful encounter with an alien girl who crash-lands on Earth, which has become one of the platform's most popular titles thanks to its endearing, slow-burn romance.
This literally star-crossed romance has a distinct and colorful art style that will shine more in animation. Additionally, those who want to get an idea of what the anime will feel like don't have to go far, since Down to Earth is one of the series that has been adapted to the Webtoon Video Episode format, featuring panels with motion and its own dubbing.

Season of Blossom initially announced 8 episodes, revealing they will cover the first part of the series, "Bomi's Flower," which tells a tender love story that begins accidentally with misunderstandings and lies, giving way to a springtime. Unexpectedly, despite the anime being announced for 2024, there is virtually no information about Season of Blossom's production status.

Although the anime received backlash for its lackluster animation, the first installment focused on introducing the characters, with the major developments unfolding in the second season. That means the anime could return with an improved animation that will do justice to the intense battles to come. A Returner's Magic Should Be Special Season 2 is set to premiere in 2026 on Crunchyroll.
Dark Moon: The Lost Altar
One of the biggest K-pop groups, ENHYPEN, will pass from the global stages to immerse themselves in the anime world for their own gothic urban fantasy in the upcoming adaptation of the webtoon Dark Moon: The Lost Altar. The anime is slated to release on January 9, 2026, as part of Crunchyroll's Winter lineup.
While Enhypen fans shouldn't miss Dark Moon, which features fictionalized versions of the members and includes references to their music videos, the anime also appeals to non-K-pop fans.
