Michigan football hasn't just found a solution to one of its major problems; it's perhaps found a veritable star.
The Wolverine pass game hasn't exactly been much to write home about for the entirety of the 2024 season and parts of the 2025 season (especially on the road, but it's been better at home), but starting with the Wisconsin game in Week 6, true freshman Andrew Marsh has stepped up and become a revelation in the process. And it hasn't just been in the imagination of Michigan fans -- according to grading website, PFF, there have been few better receivers across college football.

PFF posted on X (formerly Twitter) that Marsh is the fourth-best receiver to grade out since that Week 6 when he began to see an increased role. In the entire sport, that is.
Michigan will need Marsh to be at his best in the coming weeks, with not only a pivotal road game at Maryland on Saturday, but also with the big rivalry game against Ohio State on the line in just eight days.
Marsh leads all Wolverines in both receptions and yards -- surpassing Donaven McCulley in both last week at Northwestern -- with 37 catches for 565 yards through the air to this point.
