Germany and the US, as well as fellow hosts Mexico and Canada, are among the top seeds for the draw.
Nagelsmann celebrated his first game as coach with a 3-1 win against the US in October 2023.
The Germans also face Ivory Coast in a friendly on March 30 and another March opponent is likely.
