Ferland Mendy, the French defender for Real Madrid, is once again sidelined.
The 30-year-old had just returned after more than six months out, but now he is suffering from a muscle injury to the biceps femoris of his right thigh. He is expected to be out of action for about three weeks.
Mendy is under contract with Real until 2028, but his recent injury struggles have limited his playing time.
