As the early signing period approaches, Clemson is holding steady at No. 16 in ESPN’s latest recruiting update. That matches where the Tigers sat in late October and puts them behind only Miami, Florida State, and North Carolina within the ACC.
ESPN also shows Clemson in a three-way tie with FSU and UNC for ninth-most ESPN 300 pledges, each program sitting on nine. Clemson’s group includes 11 four-star prospects and no five-stars in ESPN’s system, while Miami stands as the only ACC school with a five-star recruit at the moment.

Clemson’s 20-player class checks in at No. 15 in Rivals’ industry average and 17th in the 247Sports composite. It’s a solid group, but the class isn’t sitting quite as high as it once was earlier in the cycle. Several decommitments over the past few months, particularly at key skill positions, pulled Clemson’s class down the national rankings and forced the staff to rework portions of the board late in the process.
The early signing period runs Dec. 3–5, and teams can begin adding transfer-portal additions when the window opens Jan. 2.
