Morocco put on a commanding display in their opening match of the 2025 Arab Cup in Qatar.

Ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations on December 21, Morocco is in Qatar for the Arab Cup. On Tuesday, the Atlas Lions kicked off their campaign against Comoros, with Tannane and Tissoudali among the starters.

Morocco quickly took control, opening the scoring through Bouftini (5', 1-0) before Tissoudali doubled the lead (11', 2-0). Just before the break, El Berkaoui ended any suspense with a third goal (45', 3-0). In the second half, Comoros salvaged some pride thanks to an own goal by Boulacsout (56', 3-1).

With this win, Morocco makes a perfect start to their tournament.
