Maryland football wide receiver Jahmari Powell-Wonson entered the transfer portal Monday, he announced via Twitter.
In his first season at Maryland, the 6-foot-1 redshirt freshman did not appear in a single game. In 2025, he recorded two catches for 14 yards against No. 2 Indiana — both snags came in garbage time. Powell-Wonson was stuck near the bottom of a relatively deep depth chart that featured the likes of Octavian Smith Jr., Jalil Farooq, Shaleak Knotts and Kaleb Webb.
