Rodrygo Goes headlines list of players Real Madrid will consider transfer offers for

Real Madrid forward Rodrygo Goes will again be up for sale in the coming transfer windows, with the Brazilian playing a minor role under Xabi Alonso. Rodrygo is one of the higher earners at Real Madrid, but has struggled to replicate his form from two seasons ago.

His future was placed in question this summer after losing his place in the starting XI towards the end of last season, and Alonso showed little sign of restoring him at the Club World Cup. His game time has been slashed under the Basque manager, and he recently set an unwanted scoring record for Real Madrid after coming up short against Girona on Sunday night.

It has been reported by Indykaila that Real Madrid will weigh up offers that they receive for Rodrygo, which was the case in the summer too. Los Blancos did not actively shop Rodrygo, as he did not ask to leave, but there was plenty of talk that his agents were looking at exit routes. The Athletic have also reported that Los Blancos are willing to part with Rodrygo for the right price – it is noted that Alonso would like a replacement for him. Rodrygo is also reportedly unhappy with his game time.

Dani Ceballos and Fran Garcia short on playing time

Two more players that could leave are Dani Ceballos and Fran Garcia, who have seen little game time under Alonso. Ferland Mendy appears to have usurped Garcia in the pecking order at left-back once fit, making Garcia third-choice. Garcia has played 356 minutes this season, while Ceballos has been on the pitch for 493 minutes. The latter has flirted with a return to Real Betis for some time, but has not attracted any offers sufficient for Real Madrid to allow him to leave.

Los Blancos were willing to allow him to leave for Olympique Marseille on loan in August, but Ceballos pulled the plug on the deal. Both, like Rodrygo, will be allowed to leave for the right fee.
