The New York Giants' night of plunders has led to the New England Patriots taking a commanding lead in the first half. At the time of writing, Drake Maye just threw his second touchdown of the night to put the Patriots up 24-7. This came after one of the strangest field goal tries you'll ever see.

Younghoe Koo set up for the kick, but as he brought his foot forward, he kicked the turf behind the ball, never making contact on the kick with the ball. Punter Jamie Gillan then got up and tried to make something happen before getting tackled.
Officially, since Koo never made contact with the ball, it won't go down as a missed kick. Rather, it will go down as a sack on Gillan by Jeremiah Pharms. Maye's aforementioned touchdown to Kyle Williams made the game 24-7, as New England has been in control in all facets.
This is the first game back for Jaxson Dart since suffering a concussion against the Chicago Bears. He missed games against the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions, both of which were losses that came down to the wire for the Giants.
