JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – Pitt-Johnstown junior forward Baden Forup collected back-to-back double-doubles in a pair of Mountain Cat wins to earn PSAC West Division men's basketball athlete of the week honors.
In two games, Forup averaged 21.5 points, 12.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.0 steals. He shot 58.1% (18-for-31) from the floor and was 7 of 7 from the free-throw line.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementIn Tuesday's 92-75 win over Point Park in the Sports Center, Forup scored a game-high 25 points on 9-of-16 shooting and 7 of 7 from the line. He also pulled down 11 rebounds, dished out two assists and made two steals.
Forup followed that up with 18 points on 9-of-15 shooting, a career-high 14 boards and two assists in Saturday's 92-71 victory at Davis & Elkins.
