The Tennessee Titans will host the Seattle Seahawks this Sunday at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee.
This game pits two teams going in opposite directions against each other, and the outcome feels all but certain. The Seahawks are 7-3 and sitting comfortably in playoff contention. The Titans, on the other hand, are literally the worst team in the league. They are the sole one-win team left in the league, and could end up with back-to-back No. 1 overall draft picks if this keeps up.

Start: QB Sam Darnold
Sam Darnold had a rough week against the Los Angeles Rams, throwing four interceptions in the Seahawks' loss. However, with the Titans' decimated secondary, Darnold could have a hay day on Sunday. The Titans allow opposing quarterbacks to score 21.1 fantasy points per game, which ranks 20th in the league. Darnold has the experience and the weapons to wreak havoc on the Titans this Sunday.
Sit: RB Tony Pollard
Both Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears should be on your bench this week. They have limited fantasy value with the way they split touches anyway, and the Titans average just 14.3 points per game behind a weak offensive line. You might be tempted to play Pollard this week because of the injuries to the wide receivers, but Seattle has the fourth-ranked run defense in the NFL, and they allow just 3.6 yards per carry. Pollard will not have fantasy numbers this week, regardless of how many touches he gets.

If you're not starting JSN every week in fantasy, you're not paying attention. Out of the 10 games Seattle has played, Jaxon Smith-Njigba has seven games with over 100 receiving yards. The Titans give up 23.3 fantasy points per game to wide receivers, sixth-most in the NFL, and JSN has the potential to have a blowout game against a Titans' secondary that's in shambles.
Sit: WR Chimere Dike
Dike is set to play this week after leaving last week's game with a chest injury. He's practiced in full all week, and even if Elic Ayomanor doesn't play, Dike is not a good option this week. The Seahawks limit wide receivers to just 121.7 yards per game, which is the third-fewest in the NFL.

Seattle is a pass-first team this year, averaging nearly 250 passing yards per game and just over 116 yards per game on the ground. Kenneth Walker III has just three games with over 80 yards on the ground, and one with over 100 yards. The Seahawks will absolutely pass the ball a lot this Sunday, but once they have established a lead, look for them to keep it on the ground to control the clock. The Titans give up the fourth-most fantasy points per game to running backs this season (22), and despite the return of Jeffery Simmons last week, Walker could eat this week.
