As we continue to take a look back at the Jacksonville Jaguars' Week 13 performance against the Tennessee Titans, let's highlight some noteworthy snap count figures.

For the most part, when it comes to playing time, there aren't many huge surprises, but each week, even when beyond the halfway point in the season, there are a few things we can glean.

With help from PFF, here are a few quick notes from the Jaguars' snap count totals from Week 13.

Healthy scratches

Not active on Sunday were wide receiver Dyami Brown and tight end Hunter Long. Neither had an injury designation coming into this game either. With Brown, his role had been reduced in recent weeks, which included playing just four snaps against Arizona.

For Long, he had missed the last few games with injury. During that stretch, Brenton Strange returned, while Johnny Mundt and Quintin Morris shouldered the tight end workload well when Strange and Long were sidelined.

Cole Van Lanen does it all

A few weeks back, Van Lanen started at left guard in place of Ezra Cleveland, who was injured. In recent weeks, he started at right tackle while Anton Harrison was sidelined. This Sunday, he began at right guard in place of Patrick Mekari, and then midgame moved to left tackle when Walker Little exited due to injury.

Brian Thomas Jr.'s return

In his first game back, Thomas Jr. played 47 of the Jaguars' 63 offensive snaps. He caught 2-of-3 passes for 28 yards, with both receptions going for first downs. Thomas Jr. also threw a key block on Jakobi Meyers' big catch and run.

Cornerback snaps

After a full week of practice for Greg Newsome, he was back in the mix at cornerback, playing 42 of the 51 defensive snaps. Jourdan Lewis, upon his return from injury, played 42 snaps. Montaric Brown played 41 snaps, and Anthony Campanile made sure to work Jarrian Jones in as well -- he played 31 snaps.

Defensive line rotation without Travon Walker and Arik Armstead

As we saw last week, without Walker, Josh Hines-Allen and Dennis Gardeck were the top two on the team in snaps at defensive end. Danny Striggow, BJ Green, and Emmanuel Ogbah were worked in as rotational players. At defensive tackle without Armstead, Maason Smith and Dawuane Smoot led that position group in snaps. Matt Dickerson saw an increased role, playing 17 snaps, while DaVon Hamilton played 15 snaps. Austin Johnson played nine snaps.
